Just the hotel location and staff can speak good english.
Cockroches in the Bed Room, Bath Room. Breakfast fruit was rotten and vommitted after eating it. Breakfast was worse than one you can get from a road side one. Just some sandwich. Bath Room and Room required some refurbishments.

Center
I came to this hotel, I pointed out a reservation, we will have 2 people at one price, and they told me pay another 2 one-time price for a second person, failing to yield to me for a price. Not nice.

cheap
It wasn't easy to explain the location to taxi or tuktuk until I get the name card of the hotel, kinda far from the skyline metro(forgot the short) station too, about 15min by feet. roadside room was really noisy even after curtains+windows shut. had to ask them to move my room and the new room was very quiet. soap-hanger in the shower booth was broken, and so was the one in the new room, seemed they didn't bother fixing it.
